Rosen's normal operating hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). We recommend that you first contact either the car dealership where you purchased your vehicle or the company who installed your system. They will be able to troubleshoot any issue you might be experiencing, advise what replacement parts or accessories you might need and provide removal and reinstallation assistance (labor costs may apply).
