Rosen's normal operating hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). We recommend that you first contact either the car dealership where you purchased your vehicle or the company who installed your system. They will be able to troubleshoot any issue you might be experiencing, advise what replacement parts or accessories you might need and provide removal and reinstallation assistance (labor costs may apply). If you are unable to obtain local service, please follow the following instructions:

POST WARRANTY REPAIR CENTER

Rosen may be able to provide out-of-warranty repair service for your Rosen-branded product. If you need service, please follow these instructions and we will advise if the unit is reparable and an estimate of the repair cost.

  1. Take a digital photo of your current system
  2. Email your repair request and photo to: service@rosenentertainment.com along with a detailed description of what the system is or isn't dong so we can do a basic analysis of the repair costs.
  3. If the system is reparable, we will email you with a repair quote, a repair form and further instructions.
